If you are trying to checkout but your payment won't go through, try some of the following:
Some error codes:
10504: Check your card's security code. That's either the last 3 numbers on the back of your card, or for AmEx, it's 4 digits printed on the card.
10505: Is your billing address correct? This is the address associated
with your credit card.
10508: The expiration date must be a two-digit month and four-digit year. Example, 01 2014
10527: Check the full number on your card. Most cards have 16 digits. Amex has 15. Don't use dashes or spaces
If you do not get an error code, check some of the most common problems:
Middle initial: If your credit card shows a middle initial, you need to include it on our form.
Billing address: That's the address your credit card statement goes to. We won't write to it, but it verifies that the credit card has not been stolen etc.
Zip code: 5 digits only.
Other details: Check spelling of your address. Check email spelling if you are paying by Paypal.
