Q: When will my item ship?

A:
If the product page states an item is in stock, it will usually ship with 1-2 business days. When not in stock, they are made to order and the time to produce will be listed on the product page.

Q: Are all your products made in USA?

A:
Yes! We own a small workshop in Pennsylvania & employ local craftsmen and women to create a wide variety of products. Wherever possible, we buy our materials locally also.

Q: Can you make a product from my drawing?

A:
Usually we can. You can scan & email or fax/ mail your drawings to us and we'll let you know if we can make it.

Q: Can you make this in a different size?

A:
In most cases, absolutely! We are happy to create a size or design for you. Costs may vary for larger pieces or special materials but we aim to keep costs realistic!

Q: How do I refine my product search?

A:
At the top of every page, there are boxes "Theme", "Product Category" and "Area of the Home". To help your search you can use one, two or all three of these dropdown boxes.
For example, if you want to search for a Cat Key Rack, but don't want to look through all the cat products or all the key racks, you can:
- click "Theme" and select Cat
- click "Product Category and select Key Racks
- click search
The search list should only include Cat Key Racks.

Q: How long have you been in business?

A:
We are a family business, headed up by Jason Fannin, a metal fabricator since 1992. We have been in business on the internet since 2003 with TheMetalPeddler.com.
Customer service is very important to us, and we are very proud of our good standing with our customers.

Q: Can I come to your showroom?

A:
At the moment, we are not set up to allow customers to visit our workplace.
