How to buy a gift certificate

1. Complete the form & click "Proceed to checkout".
You can enter the recipient's email address & we will send the certificate directly to them, or enter your own email address and we can email it to you to print out.
If you would like your name & contact details to be included, be sure to add them in the Message box.

2. Review the details of the voucher. If correct, click "Continue" to complete the Checkout Process & pay by credit card.

3. We will send the Gift Voucher by email to your recipient & include your message.

Please note:
Gift Certificates will only be sent after payment has cleared.
Valid for 6 months after date of issue

How to redeem a gift certificate against a purchase:

If you have received a Gift Voucher for our website, you can use it for any purchase made through the shopping cart or ordered by telephone.

To redeem the voucher using the shopping cart, simply copy & paste the code into the shopping cart "Voucher" section of the cart & click recalculate.

To place an order by telephone, call 724 234 3930.

Important Notes:
* If your order is higher than the value of the voucher, the balance is payable by credit card or paypal.

* Voucher codes are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
